Rentnhop requires minimal documents for booking a two-wheeler on rent. The original documents required for submission are  Voter Id / Aadhar Card / Passport + we will verify original Driving Licence.

Yes, after paying advance you will receive a booking confirmation on email & SMS. You will receive complete details regarding your reservation.

Can I make a reservation without paying in advance or can I come directly?

Prior reservation is mandatory to ensure there is no delay & you experience a smooth Pickup. At least 20% of total rent needs to be paid in advance to confirm your reservation.

If due to some reason I have to cancel my booking, then do I have to pay any charges?

Yes, if you cancel your booking then you will have to pay a cancellation charge equal to 20% of total rent.

What if I return my bike late?

We totally get it, life happens, and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. If you find yourself returning your bike a little later than scheduled, no worries. Just a heads up, though call or message & a late fee might be added, depending on how late you are.

Can I rent bike with Learner's License?

Can I change the pickup date or pickup location of an existing reservation?

Pickup Date/Time & location cannot be changed. Still call our Customer Support & we will try our best to assist you with best solution.

What happens if I return the bike with extra fuel?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend returning the bike at the same fuel level as it was when you picked it up. Please note that no refund will be done in case of extra petrol while returning bike.
